At Gzlv168, we want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return the item for an exchange, store credit, or refund. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

1. Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, please contact us, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
2. Defective or Faulty Products: If you receive a defective or faulty item that needs to be returned, please contact us first for technical support and to obtain a Return Reference (RA) number. Items sent back without an RA number may be rejected.
3. Misdescribed or Incorrectly Represented Items: If a skirt is significantly different from its description or images, you may return it and choose between an exchange, store credit, or refund.
4. Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please refer to the last section for further details.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, you MUST obtain a Return Reference Number (RA Number) from us by contacting us via the [Contact Us] page.
Once your request is evaluated, we will email you with return instructions. In some cases, we may require further clarification before issuing return authorization to ensure faster processing.
Packing & Shipping Guidelines:
If possible, please return the item in its original Gzlv168 packaging with all components included. If unsure, return everything that came with your order.
Clearly mark your Return Reference Number on the shipping label or include it inside the package.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent transit damage. Items returned without proper packaging may be rejected or subject to additional fees for any damage incurred during transit.
We highly recommend using Registered Post or a tracked shipping service to prevent loss during transit.
Before shipping, we advise taking photos of the item to protect yourself in case of damage during transit.
Please note that Gzlv168 is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit. However, we will assist in filing compensation claims with the respective courier service.
Once your returned item is received, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Refunds, repairs, or replacements are generally processed within 1-2 weeks.
